Benefits of Slopey Campus Rung training

A great way to increase open hand grip strength is to train on a campus board. Check out our slopey campus rungs in the east end of the gym. They're perfect for building contact strength and core strength. Using the slopey rungs on a regular basis also increases your confidence in hanging on slopers. When you can visualize yourself succeeding on bad holds, you can send the problem.
